Am I eligible for the alumni discount? To be eligible for the alumni discount: 1. You must have achieved an award that makes you eligible for the discount 2. The course you want to use the discount against will need to be on the list of eligible courses For further information about eligibilty, visit the alumni discount page. Do I need to do anything to claim my discount? If you and your chosen course meet the eligibility criteria, what you need to do to claim the discount depends on when you received your award. If you graduated in 2009 or after Full course fees are displayed during online enrolment. Discounts will be applied once your invoice has been processed which is after you have enrolled online. The discount will be applied automatically and you will receive a confirmation email prior to the start of term.  If you graduated before 2009  Please email loyaltyaward@mmu.ac.uk with your: full name at time of study date of birth your MMU ID number if you have it the full title of the award you achieved the year you graduated a copy of the certificate or transcript if you have it When will I receive my alumni discount?
